is not authorised in the USA and all seeds imported in USA has to
be fumigated before shipments.
All seeds are
sterilized in USA according to the actual legislation.
On the contrary,
French farmers produce legal hemp under EEC regulations
In the same
area, with neither fumigation nor sterilization; viable hemp seeds
are crushed to obtain the Virgen Teco Hempoil.
